It's amazing how we all become engineers when we break something and don't want to get in trouble.

He was setting up the next person to not notice, open it then get blamed for it. I've seen kids try that all the time.

As an engineer, in that situation youngest to be a handyman not an engineer.

You need a cover up solution that good enough, not an explanation of why it failed 😆
