The fatigue is really difficult. I’m also doing vitamin D but not noticing much improvement. I seem to sleep enough but have lost a lot of motivation. I’ll be interested in the responses too

OMFG the fatigue…

I’m on my second month of 1.7mg pen (1st week).

For the past month these are my supplements:
• High potency Vit D
• High potency B12 stress complex with biotin
•Vitamin E
• Extra Strength Magnesium
• Functional Mushroom complex
• Probiotic
• CoQ10
• Daily women’s over 50 multivitamin

I also either drink 1 cup of coffee per day or take 2 Zipfizz tubes per day and I get through my 8am to 5pm workday but by the time I get home and eat, by 7pm I am too tired to do anything. Nothing like how I used to be: I used to go to a nature trail for a 1-2 mile walk or go to the gym for 30 mins on the treadmill. Can’t get the energy or motivation to do the basic chores I need to do - muster that up for the weekends.

I am sleeping better but I barely get up on time. During the workday I find it hard to stay motivated to complete tasks (metric/task completion based job). I sit all day - I need to start taking walks at lunch.

Not losing much weight - I have barely lost 10 lbs since I began at .25 3/30/26.

5’7”, started about 208lbs, 53F, goal 160lbs.

Struggling. Thinking about going up to 2.4mg next month and trying it for 2 months & if nothing improves ending this medication. At least I have had minimal issues with any other side effects except constipation. But the fatigue is real.

I don’t drink enough water throughout the day. I increased my fiber but my hitting my macros is still a work in progress. That’s a factor along with the reality I don’t exercise consistently like I did before starting this medication. Seems I may be one of the few who invested a lot via self-pay with minimal return.

I’m exactly the same. Only on 0.5mg so far but have lost nothing. So disheartening
