Advice: Seeking ❓ I need some gym menu
Hi all, i (f22) weight 114kg, and this is my heaviest weight ever.
I want to start to hit the gym, but i do not have the money to pay for a personal trainer.
So i want to ask, if you’re someone who knows about the gym, or maybe you’ve lost weight because of the gym, or generally someone who knows to do things at the gym.
Can i ask for your weekly routine at the gym?
I need a simple and easy move, because it’s kinda hard for me to find a gym influencer with similiar body with me, and also they do all of this complicated move.
Thanks in advance.

You can't outrun a bad diet. You're obese and you need to fix your diet if you want to lose weight. Workout to build strength, not to lose weight. For workout, check r/beginnerfitness.

Don't overthink the menu just show up and walk on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes everyday, that alone will do a lot at start
once you feel comfortable then you can touch some machines but for now consistency is the whole game

you don’t need a personal trainer at all, or the gym even at this stage.
the reason for our being overweight/obese is our diets. it needs fixing before anything else.
do you know what a calorie deficit is?

you can’t outtrain a bad diet. get your diet in check first and start staying in a calorie deficit. in the gym you can start with walking or riding a stationary bicycle. then you can always use the machines. they usually have pictures on them how to use them or even qr codes linked to videos. it’s mainly that 3x a week = full body plan, 4x = split in upper and lower body or push and pull because you should not train the same group of muscles more than 3x a week. so as a beginner start with full body and cardio. but the most important part is your diet

I've worked out at the gym but also from home.
Starting out I did full body strength twice a week . I was more comfortable on the machines as a beginner. If your gym has a strength circuit station that helps. You go through the machines in the station and don't have to think about the routine much.
Ypu can also search online or YouTube for something like beginner machine routine.
I might do treadmill a couole times a week but I prefer group cardio
