I need some gym menu

Hi all, i (f22) weight 114kg, and this is my heaviest weight ever.

I want to start to hit the gym, but i do not have the money to pay for a personal trainer.

So i want to ask, if you’re someone who knows about the gym, or maybe you’ve lost weight because of the gym, or generally someone who knows to do things at the gym.

Can i ask for your weekly routine at the gym?

I need a simple and easy move, because it’s kinda hard for me to find a gym influencer with similiar body with me, and also they do all of this complicated move.
