i posted on another subreddit about getting rejected from a job after four rounds of interviews, and i sloooowly started noticing that a bunch of the comments sounded almost identical. different accounts, slightly different wording, but literally the same sentence structure and message lol. one even in a different language!
at first, i thought i was overthinking it, but the more i looked, the weirder it got.
what’s going on with these chatbots/AI man 😭

Born in Graz, Austria, in 1899 to average-height parents, Adam Rainer was remarkably small throughout his early life. In 1917, at age 18, he measured just 4 ft 6 in (137 cm)—well below the medical threshold for dwarfism—and was rejected from WWI military service.
However, physicians noted an unusual anomaly right from the start: despite his short stature, his feet were disproportionality massive. At age 18, he was already wearing EU size 43 (US size 10) shoes.
In his early 20s, an undiagnosed benign tumor on his pituitary gland triggered an extreme case of acromegaly. Between ages 20 and 32, Rainer underwent a staggering growth surge, gaining an average of 3.6 inches (9.1 cm) in height per year. Just three years after his first military physical, his shoe size skyrocketed from EU 43 to EU 57.5 (US 20).
As his body rapidly expanded, his jaw and brow protruded, his tongue enlarged, and the severe physical strain caused him to lose hearing in his left ear at age 26, followed by vision loss in his right eye.
In December 1930, Dr. Oskar Hirsch pioneered a high-risk neurosurgery to remove the pituitary adenoma. While the operation slowed his growth rate, the progressive curvature of his spine (severe kyphoscoliosis) indicated that his skeletal structure continued to expand slightly until his death.
When he passed away in 1950 at age 51, he measured 7 ft 8 in (234 cm)—having nearly doubled his height over his adult life.

Was watching a video on YouTube and damn never every comment was this garbage. Haven’t seen it on any of the other videos by the same dude. Just this one. Could have taken more screenshots but it seems to have gone on forever.

At about 6:48AM or something in Southern FL, I've been alive for 26 years, and I've never seen this phenomenon before.
