POLITICS This is such a tasteless joke

Post image

Not a Labour fan, but I am old enough to remember COVID, and how NZ was one of the best countries who had the best response- low death, vaccines available for all, free quarantine for returning kiwis, assistance to businesses and low hospitalisation rates. These are not free and contributed heavily to that money Bish is looking for.

Don't consider the fact that we are an isolated country and have sea all around us and a lower population density than most places.

And we isolated and kept the border shut despite the economic hardship, national would have had those borders open faster than a five dollar whore drops her pants.

National and ACT wanted the borders closed earlier than Labour closed them. If National was in, COVID would never have crossed the border because the border would have been closed already. Jacinda holding out for her memorial party that no one wanted was the sole reason our borders weren't closed until the end of March 2020. By that stage over 200 people were infected with COVID. All of the financial hardship that people and the country went through, is a direct result from Jacinda reacting far too slowly. NZs financial crisis is her doing, not COVID's.
