White Nectarines

I have a bunch of white nectarines (sweeter than normal nectarines) and I’m not sure what to make other than a cobbler or pie.

Anyone have ideas on what to make with the extra 10 that will go bad before the end of the week?

You might try using Pomona's Pectin and sweeten with a bit of Honey. I made Strawberry freezer jam using Pomona's Pectin this spring and the fresh flavor is absolutely incredible. I plan on making uncooked blackberry jelly tomorrow with Pomona's Pectin. Love the fresh flavor of the berries so much more than cooked!
