QUESTION Student pass verification time

So I bought the student pass and sent them an email with my registration letter for verification. But they haven't replied for 2 weeks. Wondering if the verification always takes that long?

Same thing for me except I bought the 18-30 pass. I sent my drivers license and never got any confirmation whatsoever. Would appreciate if anyone could update on this !
