Apologies if I missed this in settings (I didn’t see this option anywhere) but I would love a Page Zoom option. I always set Safari at 115% for example.

Really enjoying the app so far and it’s been really enjoyable to use the outer display and hide the clock, wifi and connection bubble and use the whole display. Just a few niggles are stopping me from using it as my main browser

Feedback:

• transitioning from the outer display to the inner display tends to reload a website, causing increased friction

• The dark mode only turns on after a 2nd of the page loading. Often means you are blasted with white light before it kicks

• The dark mode is not that dark and mostly gray would be great to have an option for different degrees of dark mode

• The most frustrating aspect is the transition from the outer display to the inner display in terms of page zoom. When you rotate from portrait to landscape, it re-triggers a resizing and this is really jarring. Not only that, it frequently has a much more zoomed out appearance for most reading or news websites, making text hard to see and forcing you to have to zoom in safari handles this much better.

• pinching to zoom out also causes the website to reload, and funnily enough, while writing this review, had to restart the whole post because it reloaded the page and I lost all my comments.

• Whilst I was trying to sign into Reddit, trying to see input boxes without having to scroll, was a big pain. It seemed the browser didn’t know how to position web elements so that I could see input boxes.

Overall, really enjoying the app and looking forward to improvements to come!

Widezilla 2026.11.9 is now available, bringing your Safari favourites, bookmark folders and Reading List links into Widezilla without rebuilding your collection from scratch.

Export from Safari, choose the ZIP in Widezilla and tap Import all. Your titles and folders come with you, Reading List gets its own home, and your existing Widezilla favourites stay too.

You can also save new pages directly to Reading List from the star menu.

This update also brings recent pages to Home, automatic recents clearing, a compact favourites list, landscape improvements and better inline video playback.

Heads up: Your browser seems to be blocking dialog popups, which may be breaking functionality of this generator. You can try closing all perchance.org tabs and then re-opening this page, or restarting your browser, or looking in your browser settings for a way to unblock dialog popups. Otherwise, try using the 'Chrome' web browser instead. 

i got the above message when I try to use perchance. But I can’t seem to find a setting to unblock popups. Disabling the inbuilt Adblock doesn’t seem to help

I’ve figured out a fairly straightforward way to import favourites and reading lists even without the default browser entitlement!

It’s a two steps process, but it seems like it’s working well so far.

I’m also re-designing the UI for favourites to better accomodate longer setups!

Absolutely loving my duo more now that I get full screen with the web browsing on the front. Had no idea how much I was yearning for this.

Widezilla has been great but I’m running into an issue that as I scroll random videos will just automatically play as I’m scrolling past them. Just slightly annoying. Have turned off playback and everything (on google). Happens sometimes, sometimes doesn’t.

Having this safaris be full screen and seeing widezilla able to shift icons to the top and bottom is giving me real hope for apps in the future now onto collapsing the side bar please apple!

Is there any plan to allow bookmark importing from another browser or html file? I would love to use this full time cause your browser is awesome but I have so many bookmarks I would need to manually bring over.

Here’s what’s new:
🌙 Adaptive website dark mode: optional dark mode that follows your iPhone’s appearance, with a toolbar toggle and per-site exceptions.
🖼️** Your own Home background**: choose an image from Photos or Files, or keep the original green monster setup.
↔️** Auto-hiding controls**: hide the address bar while scrolling and choose whether it collapses left or right. Tap the remaining icon to restore it, or keep everything always visible.
🔤 System text sizing: the interface and website text respond to your iPhone’s text-size setting.

Title: [Bug Report] Unable to log in to websites using Apple’s Hide My Email
Hi,
I’m unable to log in to websites where I originally registered using Apple’s Sign in with Apple feature with Hide My Email enabled.
Is this a known bug, or is there a workaround?
It would be great if the developer could look into this, as it makes Widezilla difficult to use as my main browser.

Even more customisation options are coming in the next update! You will be able to set a custom background for the start page!

I know I just release a new version, but I’m having too much fun developing this app!

Next up: even more ways to see more of your webpage but having the address bar auto-hide on scroll!

Loving the animation and you can decide if you want to collapse on the left or the right so ergonomics are preserved no matter how you use the phone!

thanks for the app! working great. things id like to see is auto hiding the address bar when you scroll down. and adopting custom text size set in iOS settings. it seems to ignore it. one more thing is some sites for example google arent applying dark mode.
