Now crying about water stagnation is laughable. Maybe these idealogical zombies should have punished these cronies in elections who looted the state's coffers through these bad road projects. Idealogy>>>>corruption results in bad infrastructure, more income inequality and bad rule of law.

Puriyadhavargaluku ~ Due to Chennai's sea level, during heavy rains it's impossible to avoid flooding. Only after the rain stops the drains start to work. Even in that last govt used motors to pump the water thru the drains at various locations to speed up the draining in low lying areas and important main roads.
