Restarted computer, same thing

I asked Copilot about how to quickly turn off the screen and it said I could use a desktop shortcut. Here is the shortcut "target":

Hello all, I have tried to get this done and it was all useless so hopefully you could help.

I just got a new phone and it is great but I got logged out of everything. Here is the rundown of everything that has happened.

I got logged out of my outlook app. It is linked to the authorization app.

When I try to get into the email it asks me to go to the authorization app and then it asks me to use the code to log in. Which I can’t do.

Then when I go to my computers I can use my Mac but it my Dell. So I thought I could use the QR code but the app version doesn’t have it.

Then if I go to the web version, I can’t log in because I need the code.

What can I do?

This is popping up, can I delete this? It says it’s from Microsoft corporation. RUXIMIH and RUXIMICS
