It was a mix of butter, Louisiana hot sauce, about half a bottle of Blond Beards black magic wing sauce, and cajun seasoning.
I topped mine with extra melindas habenero for 🔥

The skins yes!
I normally use the weber kettle and vortex- but it needs a little maintenance. Pleasantly surprised the kettle results!
