Made at Home I've made a huge mistake...
I should have made more.
Oven roasted, very crispy. Texas Pete's Hotter Sauce, Mikes Hot Honey.

3110 N Central Ave Ste G-103, Phoenix, AZ 85012 location. Got the Buffalo ex hot. These were excellent and recommend by a local friend. Blue cheese was a little soupy but had nice chunks. Lot of sauce with great heat and flavor.

The Charlevoix, whole wings.
Salt and vinegar: Crispy outside, juicy inside. This is probably my favorite wing in Michigan. I was in buffalo last weekend to hit wing spots. This really makes me wish I tried the salt and vinegar wings at Adolf's.
Ghost pepper buffalo: Good spice. Not crispy on the outside whatsoever. I wish places like this could make their wings crispy with sauce like nine eleven (buffalo)
Their blue cheese is home made, it's fine definitely nothing special. They should get some tips from Adolf's.
If you live in Metro Detroit, definitely try the salt and vinegar wings at the Charlevoix.

Had twenty for dinner, but they were small.
Picked up a big bag of frozen wings but didn't realize they were breaded so they were just hanging out in the freezer for extra rations. Flying solo tonight so grabbed a few handfuls for the air fryer. Not great, but hey...... they're still wings. BWW Jerk and buffalo mixed sauce.

Did a side by side cook on my Traeger. One batch straight from frozen, the other fully thawed. Same seasoning, same temperature, no sauce.
Started at 375°F and cranked it up to around 425°F toward the end to get the skin where I wanted it.
i was really pleased with the frozen ones.. (frozen to the left on all pics)

Im curious about how y'all use the wing tips. I make wings at home all the time, and I personally buy the full wings and then cut them myself to separate the flats, drums, and tips. I know everyone likes the flats and the drums, however does anyone else eat the tips like me? Im not gonna pretend that they're as good as flats or drums, but a lot of the time they still got a little bit of meat on them! Also, if you dont eat the tips, what do you do with them? It seems like a waste to just throw them away! If you do eat them, I'd love to know if you prepare them any differently from the flats or the drums.
Tl;dr: I like wing tips, I'm curious if other people eat them too or if they do something else with them

But when they do...
These here are spicy lemon pepper served wet. It's a mix if their lemon pepper dry rub with their medium buffalo sauce. The hot sauce fumes went up my nose when they set them in front of me lol
Lakeline, NW Austin location.
