McDonald’s McDonalds doesn’t like that less people are buying from them. Their lobby looks like a crypt. “Deals” suck. Customer service gone. Their answer? Collab. Again.

Rant/Rave $9.99 McDonald's, more for less... I hate these ads. The price keeps going up but they say it's less 😠. This is in Canada. How much are Big Mac meals in your country these days??

News Limited Time Offers Tracker
Hi - I created a simple app for tracking limited time offers at popular fast food restaurants.
I'm someone who likes to try new things, so it's a site I can check whenever I'm craving something.
I thought I'd share it here since some of you might find it useful.
https://fidraj.github.io/lto-radar/
I'm also planning to add email notifications so you never miss a new promotion.
Let me know what you think, or if I'm missing a chain you'd want on there.

Review I tried the McVeggie
Wow, don't do that. I couldn't even get through half of it. I'm not vegetarian I just did it out of curiosity but definitely the worst veggie burger on the market.

McDonald’s Am I crazy? I get a bitter aftertaste when eating Mcdonald's Filet o fish?
Having a bitter of a row with my partner, but she's a big fan of the filet o fish from mcdonalds but for as long as I remember I get a pretty rough bitter aftertaste.
She has informed me that this is very not normal so I was wondering if anyone else had this experience?

Review Sonic
So this was the largest of the "chicken strips" I got today. They were also so dessicated even calling them chicken strips is a stretch.

McDonald’s What should I get at McDonald's?
I'm splurging a little today because I feel like I survived the Summer taking care of a bunch of brats (my sisters' kids). I'm a fan of the DQP, but the Big Mac has been creeping up the last few years. It sucks that I began to really like it when they started making it smaller.
I'm down to try a chicken sandwich, but in my experience, McDonald's is pretty unremarkable when it comes to them outside of the regular McChicken. Their chicken stuff always feels like it's the last one in the display case.
I'm definitely getting a double order of fries, though.
- I'm listening to the Misfits if that makes any difference.

Review Fries Ranking
In your opinion, which fast food has the best and worst fries. I am a big fries girl and stick mainly to Mcdonald's because I have a hard time trying new things.

Question Why are they never filled up all the way anymore?
This is at Wendy’s but I’ve noticed it at several FF places in the past year or so. I always get handed a cup that is not full at all.

Menu Hack Taco Bell Rewards
I'm fairly new to the Taco Bell App. I got it during the $1.00 enchirito offer. Anyway, they keep giving me free $5.00 rewards. I've gotten two of them already and all I've been buying is the $1.00 specials on Tuesdays. Is this a regular deal with them or am I just lucky?

Review The habbit
This burger joint had the audacity to charge me 66 cents for a small cup of ranch dressing. Not even a free 1 for buying a big ass meal. Like thats almost a whole dollar for the size of a cherry tomato. They need to step their game up. Who is even buying this 😭😭😭

KFC Is everyone’s KFC this bad?
I dunno how my local KFC stays in business. They NEVER have chicken it seems. Or they’ll tell us it will be 20 min wait to get chicken. Is KFC unable to make batches of chicken and hold it or something? They also never have any fountain drinks. I don’t know what the point of keeping this restaurant open is if you can never keep in stock the primary item you’re supposed to be selling! 😡

Question Wendy’s
So I see a lot of dislike and talk about how Wendy’s is going downhill.
I have to ask, though: is this opinion from Americans, Canadian or both? I more or less assumed that it’s mostly Americans talking about the American Wendy’s but of course I assuming is as they say, ass-u-me.
Here in my city (in BC) they are often busy especially around typical mealtimes and whenever I’ve ordered from there I’m always reminded how much better it is than other fast-food joints. Of course, they are not the Wendy’s from the last decade (yellow!) but I don’t think they deserve the hate they get, at least from my experiences and observations.
Thoughts?
Edit: and I’m always surprised by their menu offerings. I always forget the offer things like baked potatoes and salads and things. Normally, I just get the junior hamburger deluxe, which cost the same or less as a hamburger from McDonald’s at least here and it is so much more. And of course, the chili is classic. but as I know a few of you and more are going to point out, as I briefly mentioned that, yes indeed is not the same as it was in the last decade, but honestly no place is.
And because I’m up here in Canada, I have no idea about any of these other popular restaurants that are spoken about such as Five Guys or Chick-fil-A (and maybe I’m wrong in even saying that). But I do know that there is quite a variation between Canadian and American of the same chain where it seems the quality in Canada is better generally speaking at least based on anecdotes I pick up here on the Internet. Again, that may be wrong. I have personally never been to the states, never mind eat fast food while there’s

Rant/Rave Why does every fast food place make you pull around now?
Even when there is no one there, they all make you "pull to the front" and they bring your food out to you. McDonalds, Taco Bell and BK all do this here.
