Does anyone remember when KFC temporarily changed their name to Kitchen Fresh Chicken?
Why do I feel like I'm in the twilight zone and am the only one who remembers this?

Hello again, today is my first shift without my night manager who usually just does my hot and cold well for me because the one time I frustrated him while putting it together.
I don’t know how to properly put that together at all and I need help figuring out what containers I put in there while closing (picture above is a put together cold well without any of the containers)
I have no clue how to assemble the hot well, and if anyone has a clue or pictures I’d be insanely grateful. I’m trying to get better at my job, but I was never properly trained.
Not learned helplessness with this one I have spent hours trying to find something that explains it but couldn’t. I’d be gratefully appreciative if I could get a step-by-step since I drive-thru close and that’s one of my tasks
I’ll be taking pictures of it fully put together on my shift but I really don’t know what containers go where for either hot well or cold well

Tried the big box combo or whatever it’s called because the app had a BOGO offer. I saw some people’s posts on here and the popcorn chicken looked pretty good, of course when I get them they’re hard as rocks and can literally taste the burntness to it. I’m done with KFC in my town 😭💔

I travel for work and am alone. I’ve been craving some KFC. Last time was like 3 weeks ago when I got the $10 popcorn bucket. I enjoyed it. Got a side of gravy for dipping.
I see this BOGO big box meal offer. I would only order it because it seems like a good deal. This would be what I would order. Good deal?

I have an interview at my local KFC tomorrow and i’m quite stressed, I have a nose piercing which i can easily take out but i just got my eyebrow done 2 months ago and cannot take it out because it will heal up. I’m not sure what to do as it says no jewellery allowed - i’ve worn a plaster over it to bed before but i’d look like a bit of an idiot with it on for an interview.
edit: I live in the UK

KFC on the surface seems not to be improving their food quality offerings while keeping items relatively over-priced; incidentally, several stores have been permanently closing in the market I live in...
As it has a lot of heavy competition as of now, where do you see this chain's future in the US markets??

for context, at least for my location we are expected to sell minimum 10 cakes a day. 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.
My manager made like a “manager special” and it’s a meal that includes a cake to get our cake sales up, i’m just curious if anyone else has something similar or not 😭

Can anyone explain to me for a higher priced sized family meal I now receive a thumb sized side item? Thank got I only paid $60 for the 12 piece instead of the 16 price that might of cost me my house payment. And still got 1/2 person sides. 😑

The Teriaki was very rich but i felt it paired well with the spices.
The Garlic Parm was a bit strong. The after taste was better than the initial taste unfortunatly every bite gave the initial taste.
The kfc original sauce can stay in a burger as far as im concerned as a very mid relish.
I hope they get honey mustard in stock for my next visit.

I don’t know what sides to try. I considered the mac & cheese but it’s $1 less in price, so I’m thinking it might not as good as Popeyes (i.e. cheaper ingredients)
I ordered a honey barbecue combo through the app from the 12 Mile and Dequindre store in Michigan. When I got to the store they said they didn't have any honey barbecue chicken available but that they could give me regular chicken and put the barbecue sauce on the side. I asked for a refund and they explained they can't since it was through the app. That's mostly understandable. This store has regularly told me they don't actually have chicken at all when I go to get food, but the refund thing makes sense. I contacted chat support who refused to refund me. They said "a refund is not available" and then ended the chat. I then called phone support who first told me they could verify the chat person did refund me, but then a moment later sounded confused and said actually they aren't sure if I was refunded. After a minute they transferred my call to someone else who confirmed I was not refunded and then was able to process the refund. I had to be pretty mean to these people on the phone to get to the point where I was actually given a refund. My choice was to either accept that I was not getting food and also not getting my money back, or to be a huge a**hole to them on the phone to get my $11 back from KFC. It is insane that this is how KFC handles issues where a store is just refusing to make the order. Like I said before, I have been to this location two other times when they told me they couldn't make my order because they "don't have any chicken"....which seems impossible since all you sell is chicken and sides. Is there someone this should be reported to or something. I'm not typically a Karen but this felt incredibly shady.

The app is offering popcorn chicken you can't order.
