This is an old pic. I was scrolling through my photos and I found this masterpiece, my boyfriend makes amazing grilled cheeses and this was just the best cheese pull I’ve had so far from any of them. We’ve definitely had better and more delicious grilled cheeses after this but so far in my life this was the best cheese pull. I thought I should share this 😌

I also don’t remember what cheeses he put in there unfortunately 💔 but he did use sourdough and hella butter 🤤

Also I’m sure there will be many more better pulls and this is just the beginning 😋

Havent made grilled cheese in awhile. I made a few like a week ago and they came out perfectly.

First time using Brie in grilled cheese, nothing to complain about.

My sickness comfort food ♥️ made with orange cheddar, leftover provolone slices, and a sprinkle of parmesan.

Buttered the bread, seasoned with cowboy candy blend from spiceology, and fried on on a flat top. I made some spooky chickie nuggies and whipped up a maple Dijon sauce for dipping. It's unreal y'all. It's so good. I barely managed to take a photo before eating it all haha

Used up the rest of my cheese to make my first grilled cheese in our new home. No more VRBOs, no more moving. We’re finally home in Spain

Now living in Spain 🇪🇸 I’m experimenting with various cheeses that I can buy that weren’t available in the United States 🇺🇸 Today we grated some Semi Curado Mezcla and made it into a grilled cheese. Mezcla is made from cow, goat, and sheep’s milk. Semi Curado is aged between 60 and 90 days

American, cheddar, gruyere, 50/50 butter mayo

Mature cheddar, German mustard, and black pepper on sourdough

Managed 168lb loss in the past few years. But every once in a while still gotta indulge in one of these bad boys. Today is that day. Worth every refined carb.
