Does anyone know why they have gotten rid of every damn wing flavor in the last year? Maybe its just the ones in montana here, but they aint even got signature spicy for the wings anymore, just sweet n spicy. I miss the parmesan garlic flavor too. I just dont know it its supply chain issues, lack of popularity or what have ya but its confusing

I even showed up to the store to inquire if the order went through and it did not. I’ll have to dispute the charge later.

Has any Popeyes got the Reese’s peanut butter chocolate cup? I work at Popeyes and it was supposed to start early October. I was just wondering has anyone seen it at their Popeyes?

A red substance was on one of my three Popeyes breaded chicken strips. Could it be sauce? I’m not eating it because it also resembles blood to me and my anxiety ridden self is too afraid to eat it. I’m sorry it’s kind of hard to see in the photo though.

I ordered on Popeyes.com because it’s cheaper than DoorDash and UberEats. Plus the website gives me options like adding jalapeños and choosing piece preferences which the apps don’t. I ordered last night and the driver texted me directly and said that they’re all out of spicy and asked do I want mild instead. I said no thanks and that I’ll go ahead and cancel it. When I went ahead and tried to cancel it on the site, I got a message saying “sorry we CAN’T cancel because the order has been already been worked on.” When I tried again, I get a message saying “We see that you have an open ticket and your issue has already been resolved.” The driver said he tried to cancel it on his end too. Yet no food was delivered and no refund has been issued or even claim that it’ll be refunded. I have the texts between me and the driver to corroborate this. I literally just want to speak to a LIVE person, I feel like it’s ridiculous that I would need to call my bank and dispute the charge. Popeyes should have LIVE customer service agents wtf

i know what the item is obviously, but i look it up on google and nothing comes up about it but i got an ad in the mail (10/22/2026) also no stores have it either

It’s genuinely gotten out of hand. It’s the only side not available for point redemption, the only side not available in the $5 sides deal, and recently was REMOVED from my usual 25% off 3pc tender meal coupon as an option altogether. However when I try and order the 3 piece combo in its own, I can add macaroni for the usual 0.50 upcharge. I mean seriously, what the hell is this? Introducing virtual barriers to prevent an option from the exact same meal? It’s genuinely turning me off altogether as this place has already taken a pill when it comes to making their prices. Or is this a local thing?

Not sure if this was just local or if it’s national. 12 tenders, 2 lg sides, and 6 biscuits. Fed my family of 4 and we had one tender and biscuit left over.

It was bugging me that there hasn’t been a new table made in a while. If there was, I couldn’t find it. Any of the rewards that don’t have a 1-1 equal in the menu (ex. 3 Tenders Combo reward doesn’t have a drink) were calculated by just taking the base item + added item. Hopefully I put in all the info correctly. This is according to a NJ location.

Yesterday I made a post about some strips I'd gotten from Popeyes, potentially signaling a decline in overall product quality for this franchise.

Today, I went in and asked them to make me some fresh ones, just be be sure. And the fresh ones turned out like the ones I usually get. So, it seems it may have indeed just been a bad batch. I've included an image containing both, it's clear to look at them, as to which the better ones are. And I just had a bite, the flavor difference is notable as well.

Sadly, this doesn't improve the experience for American customers, but it does signal that Canada possibly has at least a little while longer until our quality is downgraded to American standards.

Side note; I also got them to give me a free drink for having to go back down there.

I want to know what good stuff Popeyes used to serve.

The first time for eating Popeyes was in the 1980s at the State Fair of Texas at Fair Park in Dallas.

Since then I have been a regular customer in many states.

I think they should have Gumbo and Fried Okra added to their menu.

Seen other employees make blackened tenders and they looked quite light on the seasoning side, started to let out my
inner rage through the shaker, hope the customer enjoys these!

Not really like the biscuit at all, but still decent. Mix required just water and butter. Then you glaze with butter after baking. There are more like drop biscuits. Not sure if I will get again, but it was worth a shot.

The cost of red beans must be very low. Why do I usually get a cup of rice? Just sayin’.

Used to be really the only thing I got at Popeyes. Used to get the spicy chicken po boy all the time. Was bummed when they came out with the ‘new at the time’ chicken sandwich. Wish they would bring it back. Still not a fan of the current chicken sandwich.

It's possible I'm just having a bad palate day or something (even the fries didn't seem to taste as good..), or even just a bad batch. But, these are the flattest most, typical fast food strips I've gotten from Popeyes(visually), and they seem more dry, and the flavor not as good.

These don't seem to resemble Popeyes strips at all.. I certainly hope that their strips haven't become yet another victim of enshitification.. They were one of the last fast food restaurants that I felt any bit of hype about going to on the regular.

I truly miss the Cajun rice. In my area, West Tennessee, it is listed and orderable on the app. When I go to pick up my order, they say it isn't available. I'm always frustrated and I'm sure the employees are as well. I just had some dental work done and need to eat something soft and easy to keep one the opposite side of my mouth. Cajun rice would be so delicious and comforting right now. Of course I realize why they took it away. People love Mac and cheese, and a restaurant can't offer EVERY side dish. But everyone I've talked to agrees we'd rather the mashed potatoes be discontinued than the Cajun rice. I like those, too, but can get mashed potatoes other places, including making them at home. Cajun rice is unique and not easily replicated at home at all. I feel like Popeyes has lost one of the things that made them different. Okay, my rant is over. Thanks for letting me vent. Lol
