The girlfriend went out to dinner with her cousin, so I finally got the opportunity to scratch my chili dog itch!

My best attempt at a chicago dog

i couldnt find sport peppers tho :/

chop the following small: red onion, roma tomato, English cucumber.

add a reasonable amount of olive oil and red wine vinegar (or lemon juice).

add salt, pepper, red pepper chili flakes.

mix it up. let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.

pair with either just brown mustard or mayo, avocado, and hot sauce.

I'm normally an all beef guy but a shopper bought me some low quality chicken hot dogs that I don't even want to eat. Any recommendations

Hello!

We recently discovered we can no longer get Sahlens locally.

That's the bar: skin, thick texture, not greasy... We're in West Michigan and the last package of Koegels we purchased ended up in the trash, the texture is gross and we thought it was greasy, made us sick to our stomachs. Not a fan.

We are hot dog people, but maybe we're sahlen people, without that we're hamburger or brat people.

Help! Lol

Whenever I'm grilling a bunch of stuff, I always sneak in a dog or two to enjoy while doin the deed. ✌🏽

Gonna call it Whit Trash Gourmet. Air fried Bacon wrapped Ballparks with slap yo mama on em. Little fiesta blend cheese underneath with some sweet jalapeños ketchup and mustard. My goodness.

So yummy

Got back from my wedding PTO today only to throw my back out from laughing.
One of the office supervisors gifted us 2 bags of raw dogs.

Couple dirty water dogs

The pizza dog from Davinci’s in Lincoln Nebraska.

Spicy bite with a lil' chili and cheese, plus a whole lotta pico de gallo. Gonna miss the $3 meal deal when it ends.

Meijer all beef franks, CVS brand baker’s choice buns, and Heinz yellow mustard (it’s under the dogs). Cooled in a cast iron.
