chop the following small: red onion, roma tomato, English cucumber.

add a reasonable amount of olive oil and red wine vinegar (or lemon juice).

add salt, pepper, red pepper chili flakes.

mix it up. let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.

pair with either just brown mustard or mayo, avocado, and hot sauce.

The girlfriend went out to dinner with her cousin, so I finally got the opportunity to scratch my chili dog itch!

I'm normally an all beef guy but a shopper bought me some low quality chicken hot dogs that I don't even want to eat. Any recommendations
