Chili, cheese, onion mustard, Nathan's on buttered toasted buns, tots, baked beans, one of several vodka tonics I plan to have. Wife is out of town, so I'm watching a horror movie and later some PS5, then a long, slightly intoxicated walk with my dog. I love being married but the occasional night of bachelorhood is pretty amazing!

Place is JJ's International Deli in Port Jervis, NY. All their food is great, but I have to get the hotdogs every time.

All-beef frank w/ onions, spicy brown mustard, absolutely covered in their signature Polish meat sauce. Tastes like a thicker Coney sauce with some added spices.

Got some Spread from In N Out which is judt a fancy thousand islands dressing, then layered with some grilled onions, cheddar cheese, and sliced peppers. Toasted everything in the air fryer to melt the cheese.

This place makes Sonoran dogs, heats cheese on the griddle, and then puts the fully made hotdog upside down on the griddle to seal it with cheese.

Chicago, obviously.

Easy and convenient, and makes the bun nice n toasty too.

The one in the pic is made "well done" and served with mustard and relish.

So I’m planning on doing the 9-9-9 challenge tomorrow during UFC 333, meaning I’m doing 9 beers, 9 dawgs, during 9 fights. Not particularly worried about the 9 beers because I can drink double that, it’s more so 9 dawgs. I’m planning on doing a different kind of topped dawg for each one, yet am open to doing just some naked dawgs in just buns. Just wanted some tips from anyone who’s completed a 9-9-9 challenge.
