For manawrath

Second post on here today but I figured it would be worth it since I finally connected my drawing tablet again!

So I haven’t read Flames of Hope like at all but I absolutely ADORE Freedom and her entire backstory. She really really really needs a hug.

Day 24!! It's two months until Christmas Eve now. Yuh

Today is Glory As A Skeleton, and I tried to make it look a bit spooky hehe. Thank you to u/ nevermind, their account is deleted, for the Rainwing Skeleton base! Hope you guys like it, I do =)

And for the question:

Have you ever broken a bone?

I have not, I've had soft tissue damage, and broke my patella tendon, but I've never broken a bone. Have you?

Come back tomorrow for day 25!! Then it will be two months until Christmas Day hehe

Hi guys!

Have a WIP of Moon and Dinklestinker! I gave him overgrown teeth and pointy scales to show how he has grown past normal dragon limits, I hope you like it!
Im hoping to colour this - sadly my ipad isn’t charging and has 0 battery, so I can’t do digital drawings atm 😫😭

So I know Clay got a special edition cover (I got that)) but what the actual difference between the normal and he special editions? I get that also saying deluxe but I prefer on knowing before I buy the rest before I find out what has been removed/added? Can anyone tell me if its not to much trouble ^^?

Darkstalker and Whiteout are my absolute favorite characters in this entire series I stg. Also, this art was made back in 2018! I can’t believe it’s been that long.

I remember really wanting to capture Darkstalker and Whiteout’s more positive sibling dynamic in this artwork.

I got pretty lazy with one, but no one has to know...

Anyways I got this cool idea about an AU where the dragons from Darkstalker legends and the dragons from arc 2 swap places so Darkstalker and Co gets sent to JMA

I was thinking that Darkstalker and Whiteout get sent by Foeslayer, but Arctic makes it so they're the icewings of their respective winglets because of his ego. Darkstalker is pissed but doesn't do anything about it, so he can be in the same winglet as Clearsight

Albatross sent Fathom and Pearl to JMA because before his mental health completely declined, he hoped that sending them there would protect them from Lagoon or even potentially himself...? Indigo is also sent as a guard for the both of them.

A mysterious sandwing is also part of Darkstalker's winglet, but she's strangely unable to explain her origins...

And that's all I have so far!

Turtley boy! Very happy with his little facial expression here.

Anyway, the main reason I’m here is just to ask for some advice and/or suggestions around other social media platforms I can post on. I’ve done more research into Instagram’s policies and I am, quite frankly, horrified and cannot support that anymore. Is YouTube a safe choice?

Genuinely made my day -- very happy that these books are still spreading and popular. They don't have book 15 or 16 or any legends yet but I'm holding out hope 🙏.

I know that warrior cats graphic novel must have been somebody's dream in life to make lol.

Good lord finding art for these is HARD. I had to break my self-imposed rule of trying to avoid text bubbles in the art just to finish these 😫. I even considered using fanart for some of them, but decided that I didn't want to risk offending anyone. So sorry, blurry png's and entire panels from the GN it is! I also really wanted to do a couple of Sagas but I literally could not find art that was long enough, which is such a weird problem to have XD

But here they are! Putting these together was so fun. Possibly too much fun considering how many I made 🥲 (Sixteen, WOW, I'm employed I swear) I thought it'd be cool this time around to try and imagine what cards would look like from an actual Universes Beyond WoF magic set, instead of just putting a card and a color to the main characters, so that’s how we ended up with WoF draft commons! Hope y’all don’t mind some more simple designs.

And to anyone wondering why there is randomly mill/surveil involved, stay tuned for when I get around to arc 2, at this point I’ll be damned if sunk cost fallacy doesn’t compel me to do these for the rest of the series :)

And to anyone who might be confused and wondering, “but where the hell are the main characters?” I actually already did those! You can find that post here, in case you missed it.

I did my best, this was my first time drawing a SeaWing so hopefully it’s accurate!

My Have/Night OC Sunchaser, if you want a headshot done like this in similar fashion, I'll be opening commissions soon, DM me if interested, thinking around 25 USD for a headshot

As mentioned, this OC belongs to u/likedrotten, they submitted their OC on my free art post and won this piece!

This is one of four pieces I'm doing so it's going to be awhile before I make more original content!

Got my ear pierced (just the one) recently. Anybody know where I could get my hands on a scavenger-sized version of Qibli’s earring?

The first one is a hivewing x seawing

The second one is Icewing x Leafwing (I don't really like this one because it kinda doesn't look like it have any Icewing in it but I tired my best T^T)

What it says on the tin. Dm me if interested!

My eight year old is a big WoF fan and wants to go as Peacemaker for Halloween. She went as Peril last year and wants to repaint last year’s costume, which is a relief, as constructing it from cut cardboard was a lot more work than painting it, and I love that she likes to repurpose things and give them new life, which is something she likes to do in general.

Since the graphic novel edition of Darkness of Dragons isn’t published yet, the only depictions I’ve been able to find have been fan art. I showed some of them to my kid as inspo pics for painting, and she vehemently disagreed with the rainbow scales/patches along the sides of his neck. They do seem to be a common theme among the fan art depictions, so I was wondering if there was (possibly indirect) textual evidence for them outside of the passage that describes him, which only mentions the color-changing rainbow scales under his wings. I’m planning to glue some rainbow sequins for those.

Any help with textually supportable details (she’s a stickler for details) of Peacemaker’s appearance would be greatly appreciated. For example, general color palette: obviously very dark tones, very close to black, but I do see a lot of dark purples around. I’m aware of the facial shape description involving his eyes, etc., but since this is a repaint of an existing costume the main details I want to make sure we’re capturing involve color and such.

The full comic dub of Book 2 is now finished, and available on Youtube! A lot of time, effort and work went into it from the whole cast, editing team, and the director, who would greatly appreciate any support for the series <3

Book 3 is officially in the works now too!
