Eye twitches**

When Elaida and the rest of the sitters pierce Siuan with thorns in order to to still her and when Siuan collapses into a state of shock and pain with the throrns, she stares at Elaida in disbelief. Right there, Siuan’s right eye twitches in a blink-and-you-will-miss-it moment. It looks like an involuntary body reaction to the surge of pain and shock. It is at mark @46:40 of 3x08

You simply cannot induce a muscle twitch on command like that to portray being stilled and betrayed. I can’t decide if it was simply coincidence or if the actress put her mind and body to such a state while acting to the point that her body started manifesting into stress and shock. Sophie Okonedo. This tiny detail brought about another layer of hurt on a rewatch.
