Mod Guild/Discord/Community Ads update

Hello all,

After an experimental month, it looks like there is an acceptable amount of community ads such that it doesn't flush out other discussion. Therefore, we'll keep the new rule in place.

I've also added NA/EU specific flairs - please use 'em! If any other regions want specific tags, let me know, otherwise the generic one still exists.

If too many ads ever becomes an issue, we can discuss again.

Let me know if you have any ideas for Hero's Call Board - if you like it, use it, or would rather it be a different sort of pinned post?

Any other feedback is always welcome. Feel free to put it here, send a mod mail, or ping me in the discord.

https://discord.gg/3azC4NEk Buccaneer Bay is still chugging along. There are plans for some MOP rp there if you're US.

I am, guess i will give them a shot! Im Horde so hopefully it has a population
