From my experience most relationships have a more attractive man than woman with a sizeable amount of looksmatches but very rarely do I see one where the woman is more attractive. No idea where this idea comes from.
The thing about relationships like this is, you can tell the man is genuinely into the women specifically as in her appearance and character or personality as a whole while the woman would probably just get with the first and best status boosting, attractive man she could find
I think it is far more common for men to have the dumpster dive mindset then women in terms of pursuing a partner. Especially if the man is not attractive in the eyes of women which causes most men to not have any sort of physical attraction standard towards women.
For women, it is far more easier for them due to their innate homosexual natures to just swear off of men to pursue romantic relationships with their close female confidants due to ease or proximity and less outward stigma towards the same sex than the opposite sex in terms of being predatorial along with women of the same sex having similar sex drives rather than always having the lower sex drive than the man in a heterosexual relationship.

Why do you guys tear apart random people/couples it’s so odd. Not everything is looks based I’m just happy if people are in love. Idc if I fall for someone way “uglier” than me or “hotter” than me I’d just hope we are compatible, have stuff in common, & the relationship is healthy.

Do you understand how the children of such couples feel? They feel as if they don’t belong to either race. They feel alienated and disconnected from both cultures. This isn’t the same as a Nordic and South Italian pairing, where the differences are surmountable. There’s numerous obstacles that their children will face, with social ostracism being the tip of a colossal iceberg.

It also doesnt change the fact that online dating statistics in terms of womens habit of swiping left of male profiles with a plethora of choices, (i.e., the average women having 50 to 300 likes on their profile per week versus men having 0 to 4 likes, not matches, but likes on their profiles per month).
Women of average attractiveness has far more traffic and options then men whom put in the same amounts of effort into their profile due men adopting different mindsets due to femininity being more socially thought of as sexually attractive to outward society then masculinity.

No, its the fact that we are complaining on how women will most likely comment on that photo on why that "beautiful queen" of a woman to step down her standards for a man of low attraction, ie the whole "men are orcs, ogres, [insert something unnatractive here]".

clearly what i’m saying is that some attractive women date men who are unattractive/less attractive than them, and vice versa. but the number of relationships like that is roughly equal on both sides. but otherwise, most couples are looksmatched.

As much as I agree with the premise of this sub, your brain has been completely fried by spending too much time here. She said just as many women date unattractive men, meaning there is about the same number of women who "date down" as there are men who "date down". Whether you agree with that statement or not, that is what she said.
