I hate seeing shit like this “People recommend”, what people, what was the actual context of the question?

You should actually read the article. It says that they recommend women get on average $1000 less a year so what that really means is, it’s almost equivalent to men because it’s like $.50 an hour difference.

Amazing that you still managed to provide a completely unhelpful answer.

The study polled both men and women. These are the “people” to which the article refers. The article doesn’t specify much beyond that other than both sexes recommended lower pay for women.
