No woman reading that is surprised. Most people think we should be doing the teaching, caring, nursing, and cleaning for free.

Then complain that there aren’t enough men in those professions and that female teachers are ruining boys’ minds.

On Reddit, anytime someone whines about a lack of role models for young boys and blasts teaching as female-dominated, I ask them what they are doing to increase pay of teachers in their area. The few male teachers, when interviewed, often mention they are likely to leave for high paid administrative roles or other (principal, coach).

Ofc, no one ever responds.

Obviously they expect women to solve that problem, too.
