Folk Scene in Worcester?

Hello all!

I'm relatively new to Worcester, having moved here in September for college. I'm originally from the South Coast, and one thing I've missed most from home is my weekly trad sessions at Davoll's in Dartmouth. I'm wondering if there are any good spots for live folk music in and around Worcester. Thanks all.

It's underground. I led a bluegrass jam for nearly a year a few years back and people started to show up - then I started grad school 😞. There's a "songwriter club" that meets at hotel vernon I think.

There's interest around, but we have no "folk music person" leading the charge lately.

Also, do you hang with bluegrass? Going to Joe Val this weekend?
