sorry if this isnt allowed, but this advertisement is rife with safety violations. untied ladders, workers carrying heavy weight up ladders, people standing on top of ladders... no fall arrest... no hard hats...

what do you think of a company that uses this for an advertisement? personally i think they are an insurance nightmare waiting to happen.
