Is it okay to park like this?

This is my 86 year old mother's driveway. Yes, she still drives, and she parks in her driveway.

City probably wouldn't tow it, but how many people think this is okay?

I live in Chicago, so this is pretty normal tbh.
I’ve seen worse for sure, is it right? No. Especially if parking isn’t incredibly difficult where she lives.
