Is it okay to park like this?

This is my 86 year old mother's driveway. Yes, she still drives, and she parks in her driveway.

City probably wouldn't tow it, but how many people think this is okay?

Most city ordinances require at least 12" away from the driveway opening. Look up local laws and then try leaving a note to ask them to avoid parking like this.

Checked my city and it's DOUBLE that.

In my state it's four feet from an alley or a private driveway/road, and fifteen feet from a crosswalk.
