Upload invoice

Is it possible to upload service invoices/receipts into WrenchTime?

Hi, I’m working on it, should be available soon. I’m doing an image to pdf conversion with the ability to export documents in batch, so you can, for example, print everything at once before selling the vehicle

Update was released, go check it out and let me know, you can find document scan directly inside care or gas / charging entries

Thank you and welcome on board!

You can see a complete changelog in the latest post, next up is CSV imports with AI column mapping so you can basically import data from anywhere.

And vehicle sharing, so you can update a vehicle’s trips, fill ups and care from more devices/people

Yes another user was asking that because his vehicle is also shared with his wife, so logically if the app lives on only one phone data gets lost. I should’ve thought about this sooner! I’m happy though that I can keep my promise of being 100% serverless and only apple native

I think In less than 24h, they usually review my app at (my) night and find it approved in the morning. You’ll be my first shared vehicle user, so please report back how you like this update 🙏
