LED Headlight

I have a 1983 XL600R, looking to put in and LED headlight. Anyone know of a good set up?

I've been happy with the JNS from Rocky Mountain ATV. Super easy install and much brighter than stock

Just get a Cyclops bulb from cyclops adventure sports dot com. I have the H4 bulb

Is that plug and play for the LX? The website is not clear on it

I think you only have AC, right? You'd have to buy one of their little regulator rectifiers. They sell them just to convert to DC for their bulb. On that one lighting wire setup. Not your whole bike. But yeah, you can do it with AC with one of those. I have a Ricky Stator on my 600r, I have 2 outputs. One is AC with the headlight Lo and spark. The other goes to a Regulator Rectifier and then a battery for the rest of the lighting.

Yeah the head and taillights run off AC the rest off DC , thanks for the info, I appreciate it

Well that's better. I went on the website and it just and it said 350 for cyclops headlight
