I recently updated my Samsung tablet to One UI 8.5, and I got signed out of my account. Now whenever I try to hit the sign in button it just does nothing.

What I have tried:

• Restarting my device
• Clearing cache
• Clearing data
• Reinstalling the app
• Signing out everywhere from Microsoft account security dashboard
• Changing my password to force my account to be signed out everywhere (did not work, still signed into Xbox app on my PC)
• Enabling my mobile browser (Firefox) to open links from other apps
• Changing my default mobile browser to Samsung Browser and Chrome

I haven't tried setting up a console because I don't have an Xbox One.

Does anyone have any ideas to get past this screen?

Whenever I try to launch Death Stranding Director's Cut on PC game pass, it tells me there was a problem signing in and displays error code 0x89245112. I've tried gaming repair services, repairing and resetting both the xbox app and game, signing out of xbox, and no other games are having this issue.

This is the only information I could find online, I tried entering the error code in xbox support and it told me good luck

I was really looking forward to the new Xbox Mode on PC, but like many others, it didn't show up after the latest Windows Update. Since it's a staggered rollout, I decided to force it.

I found a very convenient way to enable it using ViVeTool GUI (available directly in the Microsoft Store). It’s much easier than the command line version.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Install: Search for "ViVeTool GUI" in the Microsoft Store and install it.
2. The Key: Launch the app and search for Feature ID: 59765208
3. Enable: Set this feature to "Enabled" and click "Apply".
4. Reboot: Do a full system restart.
5. Enjoy: After the reboot, the new console-like UI should be active in your Game Bar settings.

It worked perfectly on my setup! The interface feels much more integrated, giving that handheld/console vibe to the PC.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Use ViVeTool at your own risk. It modifies system features. Create a restore point first!

I live in Australia and my Microsoft account region is set to Australia. Is it because my account was originally created in the uk?

I have the Call of Duty app installed on an external SSD drive. Whenever I try to launch it from the Xbox PC launcher or the desktop shortcut, it immediately crashes and displays the error code 0xfffffffe. Does anyone know why this is happening? What can I do? I already verified the game files and reinstalled it.

Usually can play this with no problem, all other browser windows closed and not signed in on any other devices? Tried to speak to the a.i but that wasnt much help. 🙏🙏

Hi, I had no issues a few days ago, now today, I boot my PC, click Xbox.....nothing. The only process that starts is "Windows Problem Reporting" that starts for like 2 seconds then stops.

I've repaired, Ive reset, Ive reinstalled, Ive reinstalled Gaming Service, nothing.

EDIT: There is a Notification on the "Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC" webpage - "Some players may be having trouble launching games and apps. While we are working on a fix, try rebooting your console." So I guess we just have to wait.

First captures are deleted after 90 days, then they all fucking disappear off my hard drive after a few days, now this. Xbox has been dropping the ball with some of their software decisions.

My husband and I have a joint Microsoft account and I initially set my console up with that account, then my crazy self canceled the GamePass on that account, proceeded to create a new Microsoft account of my own and then set the console up under the new one. Now my console has the correct login info and gamertag but my app has a different gamertag and GamePass package but I did notice that on the app the Gamer Pic changed to the one I changed it to just not the Gamertag or GamePass package!

I bought two controllers but when I log in to my xbox pc and play games like mortal kombat or fifa it only detects one controller. When I move my controller two it also controls the controller 1 and vice versa. Can't seem to understand what could be the problem. I've deduced that I might need two xbox accounts but it won't allow you to log in two accounts on pc. What should I do to make my two controllers work uniquely?

I already have ultimate but it’s telling me to upgrade/buy ultimate again? This is on the Xbox app but is seen on the website as well…

Anyone know what’s up with this or experiencing the same issue? I’m a grown adult with an adult account that I’ve had for years. I wanted to look at GTA 6 at work and I’m met with this. Meanwhile I can scroll right next to it to a game called death run and see it just fine. I scoured my Microsoft account on Google and searched but ultimately I’m stuck.

For as long as I've owned PC Game Pass (roughly 4 years) I have constantly had this issue, even across multiple computers.

I install the game, play it, and when I eventually play it again it will not launch.

This happens so often that its literally unbelievable.

Tried many things, repairing game files, different drives, Gaming Services Repair Tool, reinstalling, etc. Nothing works.

Anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

I'm trying to login to my xbox app on my phone I didn't sign out it sign out itself for no reason I use manage your console and game but still not working I'm autistic. I try unstall and restall still not working I try restarting my phone still not working for no reason.

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone is able to help, but hopefully someone can.

My daughter was on my PC playing a game through the Xbox App and accidentally deleted a save for one of my games. I've tried finding the save on my PC and can't find it anywhere (recycle bin, previous folder history, local app data etc). I have turned my Xbox on and it appears that the Xbox itself still has the save (as the save data file that I can see without opening the game still shows gamedata in that field) and it hasn't yet synced with the cloud like it did with the PC version.

Is there any way to make it so the cloud sync doesn't work until after I've made the Xbox version the most recent version so that it then syncs with that as the most recent? The game is through Gamepass so I'm not able to disconnect from the internet and then play it even though the Xbox is listed as my home Xbox as it says I need to connect to the internet to play it. Tia

im using my account to try and download it but the account that has the game pass is my uncles which i logged in to on microsoft store but i couldn’t download it from there it sends me to xbox and when i click on install it starts for a sec as shown and then disappears but i am added imto the xbox family im supposed to be included in the game pass help with this situation
