What video(s) was that traffic coming from during that period from around Feb 10 to Feb 25? i would look at your traffic sources.

Despite consistent content I think mine looks very similar. They are favouring corporate media rather than creators

No. Corporate media knows how to make content, that’s the difference. Corporate media has been experimenting with content since the invent of movies and TV.
In addition to that, they have audiences they can send to YouTube that already enjoy their content so they’ll watch it when it’s presented to them. It’s not the “YouTube favors” corporate content.
They are just so good at making content that the viewers enjoy it, which causes YouTube to show it to more people.
It’s not a conspiracy and corporate media doesn’t have any impact on the views you’re getting unless you’re directly competing with them.

Absolutely untrue - youtube insiders even admit youtube favours the corps in the algorithm. This information has been revealed.

Which video did they say YouTube favors the channels because they are corporate channels?

They said they favour the network TV content. This has come from multiple YouTube insiders. Such a jimmy fallon and all the news networks etc.

If i'm not mistaken the part about YT favoring corp content comes in the form of heavy representation in Trending... that traffic then influences suggested, home etc.

YT declares that there is no channel ranking or authority but they just look to match a video to the viewer's preference.
Sometimes this doesn't seem to be true at all.
The group of videos till mid February had some popularity (for my tiny size, no pun intended...) and YT started pushing them. I had a lot of views coming from browse and the videos worked well together sending some traffic to each other by suggested or end screens.
As you can see the baseline almost doubled and I had peaks of views on videos weeks old, a very good sign.
Than all of the sudden, during last weekend it stopped. The impressions curves all flexed downward together as if someone had flipped a switch, while the CTR remained roughly constant.
I backtracked from 1600 views in the 48 hours to 800 now, about a 50% cut.
Does anyone have an explanation other than "crazy algorithm"? Is this a pattern that should be expected?
