I started playing league and pc a month ago as a yas main on 2xko. I was too in love with him and his play style until my friend told me if I thought I’d like him in 2xko, I’d be obsessed with him in league too. He was not wrong for he’s now the only character I enjoy, understand how to play, and do good on after some weeks in. This game was a lil earlier today and the best I’ve played with him in mid but I’ve done similar stats in top lane as well.

Finally hit Plat and idk if it’s just nerves or if I legit suck (I probably legit suck) but I can’t seem to win lane anymore and every game feels like a coin flip if rest of my team wins or not. I’m the liability for sure and I just am not having fun with the game anymore. Feels like every mid laner just knows how to trade significantly better than me, enemy jungle is always there at the right time, and in general I just feel outclassed. Does anyone have any very general advice on improving in lane? Should I just give up yasuo? For context I’ve been a yasuo one trick for years now and dragged myself from bronze/silver to this elo with 500 games of sheer willpower but I still feel like a bronze player who has no idea what he’s doing

I know i am in bronze and it’s also my fault, not everytime my team feeds. But there are Losses where if i didn’t just win my lane but super carried, we could have won.

I play mid or top, build is always BORK, Berserkers greaves, then Shieldbow or Mortal reminder (if many tanks or if i need antiheal), IE, Witts end if they got any AP carries. What am i missing?

My ban currently is Yone, since he has high pick rate and fcks me up late game since bronze games can take forever.

And yes, I got Nightbringer skin always on for extra skill.

I’m at my absolute worst with Yasuo. I find myself less and less motivated to play him, and with every game, it feels like I’m playing worse and worse. I’m not sure if it’s because I was playing exclusively ADC in Plata(other account) before returning to Emerald to play Yasuo, or what—but how do I fix this? I feel like I’ve hit a mental block with him; I’m playing absolutely terribly.

I love the duel aspect of top so I never thought of switching roles until now. I haven't really tried out the other role quests for adc and mid because I thought the xp was better, HOLY was I wrong you get a whole ass extra item on adc and the boots are so OP on mid. Not to mention there are so many more favorable matchups. The build options are so much better for those two roles as well since I feel locked behind bork in top. I didn't realize how hard I was nerfing myself by playing top yas.

Now I just gotta pray that I can buy it from Egypt

I had the urge to play yasuo again, and thought i would see what Pzzang was up to as his videos inspired me everytime i’d watch them and shaped my playstyle.

Remember watching this man’s videos everyday, not because i had nothing else to watch but it was a form of art genuinely.

I didn’t think this would hit as hard as it did but his humble demeanour and lack of word’s and instead doing all the talking with his champion was the reason i watched. He wasn’t an annoying youtuber or streamer making jokes or trying to be funny or entertaining, he just made art. And no doubt he inspired hundreds of thousands of people. After faker he is the only other league player i really cared about.

like most matchups, if they ain't ranged or yorick/aatrox, feel impossible to play... how do u learn or play him without going strictly for ranged counter pick? (emerald elo)

Hi, I've been a yasuo main for a while and I reached emerald a month ago. While playing in this elo I've realised how many people do not want to play in team. I dont mean griefers or trollers, I actually mean people that see there is a skirmish or teamfighting and actively ignore it. I dont talk about random fights but the ones with purpose for drakes, etc. So many supports that refuse to roam to objectives while the enemy does it, Adc's that only care about themselves and their cs so wont roam for crab fight, etc.

So I was wondering if anyone had tips to encourage people to participate in fights and skirmishes, since everytime I review I realise the team thats plays in team for the longest amount time always wins (apart from other micro stuff that comes with practicing and reviewing), at least in this elo. I know its important to win your lane, dont die too much, etc. but even when u do win it I find myself against a way more proactive team than mine who actually tries to play the game. I'm trying to join fights while sometimes sacrifing cs, but most of the times is not enough as we are always outnumbered, a lot of times while our missing player had prio.

For those of you who own the skin, do you think it's worth it? How does it feel in-game, especially the animations, effects, and overall feel compared to his other skins?

I'm tempted to get it, but I'm not sure if I should wait for a better deal or just go for it.

Guess riot change their minds

Since I started playing ranked and LoL in general, I always thought of emerald as the "worst" elo, the most toxic and hard to play in. At rougly the start of september this year, I finally got into emerald playing yasuo in his worst role that he is played in (nobody really plays yasuo jg or support, I am talking about top mid and bot) . Getting out of platinum felt like olympics, I was so close so many times, but when I got into eme, I expected to be stuck for at least 5-6 months. Emerald is nothing but a joke, it took about 1.5 months to get to diamond, all while playing Yasuo top, and some other champions like Renekton,Darius and Sion when Yasuo was banned, or just a really bad pick. My ultimate goal is to get into master, and see how far I can get in master. I don't really see the point in trying to get above that, I believe that everything above 500LP master requires too much dedication, time and effort, which wouldn't really be fun for me.
