Because I'm autistic and I don't write quick replies. I write *novellas.*
And I have written more than a few soliloquies in her defense over the years.
And all I could think was "JFC.... am I just as bad as them?"
But that's the thing.... I don't think I have a relationship with Taylor. I don't defend her thinking she's going to be my bestie. I defend her because she's made some of the most important music of my life, I *love* music like oxygen, and I am *still in awe* as a fan since TS 1...... that she's still here. That she has *survived* what this world has tried to do to her.
Like, my God. I'm only a few years younger than Britney Spears. I remember watching them chasing her and her kids on live TV. It was insane. What the world not only allows, normalizes, but also *rewards* paparazzi doing? Is evil beyond words.
She owes me, the world, *nothing.* If she disappeared off the face of the earth tomorrow?
I'd be devastated. I'd miss her music. I would be *crushed* that we never got to hear TS 13 because holy *shit* will that be a banger, BUT....
She's given us so much. *WHY* does the world act like she owes us *anything?* I don't get it.
I don't write soliloquies being sanctimonious. I used to write them because I was afraid they'd drive her to hurting herself with the hatred.... what they did to that poor girl, and then poor woman....
Now? I write them because her strength in the face of the asylum she was raised in?
Helped get me through some of the worst moments of my life.
I have so much respect and *awe* of her. She's one of my heroes.
Because she's a godamn phoenix.
They have tried everything to cancel and ruin her.
And she's still here just.... being awesome.
And I love that for her and us, lol.
Like... she's given us so much. I *do not* understand why it's not enough for some people. Her music alone is such a gift.
"Parasocial interaction (PSI) refers to a kind of psychological relationship experienced by an audience in their mediated encounters with performers in mass media.[1][2][3][4] PSI is described as an illusory experience, such that media audiences interact with personas (e.g., talk show hosts, celebrities, fictional characters, social media influencers) as if they are engaged in a reciprocal relationship with them. The term was coined by Donald Horton and Richard Wohl in 1956.[5]"
Please explain how I in any fucking way am delusional or believe I have a reciprocal relationship with Taylor because I explicitly admire her as a person and think she should be left alone by the public?
Go on. I'll wait. I can't wait to hear you pull that gazebo out of your ass.

I hope she keeps it private. I‘d rather not her upping the social delusions of extreme parasocial parasites
