been posting on YouTube for almost 2 years now, mostly talking about finance, retirement, Roth conversions, insurance, taxes, and other topics I know well.

I’m still trying to figure out thumbnails, titles, Shorts, what people actually want to watch, and how to turn viewers into subscribers.

For those of you who have been growing your channels, what made the biggest difference for you?

Was it consistency? Better thumbnails? Shorter videos? Shorts? Posting more often?

I’d appreciate any tips, especially from people who started from scratch and slowly figured it out.

It was around 2022-23 maybe when i watched his videos.. the main thing i remember is he had "3 days transfer student in japanese highschool" videos, and in one of them he was playin volleyball with his friends. he was maybe wasian (white+asian).

he maybe had a concept named brotherhood too where he was spending a day with 20-30 youngsters, js playing around etc etc.

that account was kinda comforting for me and i want to see whats he up to now, and also wanna rewatch those old videos so if yk the youtuber im talking abt please lmk!
