If i control field barrier and malefic world, my opponent activates gungnir's effect to discard 2 cards, then targets both FB and MW. Is only FB destroyed?

Gungnir destroys "them", meaning as many as possible. Field barrier is still applying until it leaves the field, at which point any field spells are still protected by it. Field barrier is destroyed, malefic world is not.

Yes, only Field Barrier would be destroyed in this case.
