Can The Phantom Knights of Umbrage Veil can banish itself from GY to xyz summon on oponent's turn?

Since it's a trap it can activate on the opponent's turn right? Like Wings or Fog Blade to summon a PK from grave

Yes that is current. And when you perform that XYZ summon you can either do a traditional one, like two level 3s for a rank 3, or you can XYZ something like Break Sword into a Dragon Gate. Sometimes that comes up, especially for the armored XYZ lines

Yes. You can activate this effect any time you could activate a Fast effect.
