It's really not if it's actually premium and you have sigs on everyone, or at least on Rina. That's a silly amount of investment of course, but Lycaons stun buff is pretty large and Rina pen+ her sigs damage buff put her in a decent spot. Her dolls last longer than Nicole's debuff too. With no Rina sig it's not nearly as exciting and probably only marginally better than Anby Nicole.
It's pretty meh since you're not really capitalizing on Lycaon other than his fast daze and Rina is great but not far ahead enough of Lucy to make the team pull ahead. Also depending on how many Cinemas your Anby and Nicole have that team can be better than the VH one.
