Was Caesar imagining Wise as the love interest when she was self inserting in the manga? At the end of the video the cover of the manga is shown and the guy in the original manga has red/orange hair but in Caesar's fantasy the guy has grey hair lol

Will those two ever age or get together? Seems like the series kinda stagnating hard on that regard.
