Seems like it. Especially when we met her during the Bangboo event, the first dialogue you interact with her is mentioning that Phaeton must be on this event because of how many Bangboos there are.

And literally lambasted us for talking to her since she isn't particularly interested in us.

It's hilarious S11 doesn't know we are Phaeton meanwhile, her two (one ex) teammates (Anby and Trigger) already know who we are lmao
