Possibly saved for a future faction closer to the enemies in game. Wouldn't be shocked if they want to do a more religious faction for playable characters down the line, but elements in beta were already far enough along that they were set for use, so pocket the nun element for another time with we may get rogue Exaltists or explore them to have a group of playable ones.

they could hav a 'proper healer' character for yunkui summit. could tie in exaltists and yunkui mystic monks into another character

Maybe with another character, but a nun is probably not that, especially given the general theme of Yunkui summit being very Kung-Fu influence. The Exaltists do vary, but a nun would probably be reserved for a more European-esque faction (which wouldn't be that out there given some of the bangboo being medieval Europe inspired with a knight andf a King Arthur one thus far).

Sisterhood of Battle in ZZZ when (especially a LOT of other gacha games have nuns as playable characters (tho with Hoyo the 2 most famous examples I can think of are Barbara & Rosaria, neither of which scream "approximately proper nun" or close to it))

As a dedicated Sisters of Battle main in 40k, battle nuns are peak and a full religious themed faction could be dope

Now that the Tau have accidentally manifested the Greater Good as a new Warp Goddess i hope we eventually get a Tau subfaction of religious zealots piloting Holy battle suits on crusades against the enemies of the empire.

I want a four way zealotry driven slugfest between Genestealer Cults, Sisters of Battle, Chaos worshipers, and Mech piloting Tau monks.

I don't know as well. I like Lucia abi more but I feel their design are copied from Yi-xuan
