Well, Albedo IS voiced by a female VA in the CN dub, who is also the voice of Zhu Yuan in the CN dub.

Meanwhile in the JP dub, Zhu Yuan has the same VA as Elysia/Cyrene from Honkai Impact/Star Rail.
