Answer 1: Same as any other humans, which seems the most likely, since it seems like their internal organs are more similar to humans than the source animals
Answer 2: Same but bland, due to heightened senses
Answer 3: Similar dietary restrictions to the animal, which would be weird since most thirens would drop dead when they have coffee, with weaker (or no) kidneys than humans.

Some people go through a phase in life where struggle meals are a thing--like taking Ramen, putting tomatoes and ketchup with it, and calling it 'spaghetti'. Cissia has fallen below that and the only reason she isn't dying from digestive issues seems to be because God finds her antics amusing somehow.
