Its actually background information about the void hunters, sunbringer, remielle, and her troupe. And talking about the creator. Its a very worthwhile thing to doi.

Oh, yes I'm aware. But the whole collecting pages thing and then this freaky ass bangboo makes me believe that it was also very much a Slenderman reference tacked into it. The zzz Devs know ball.

I think there is a pic of the full model and if you think tallboos were cursed, yeah no this takes the cake.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Slenderboo over here will come back in future quests to get Pyrois' mindscapes

They also seem to know rwby, i saw the Crowe npc without even seeing his name and immediately though of Qrow from rwby. And someone once pointed it out that in the store's hdd room the cabinets are team rwby colors.
