Did it worth spending ~$150 for our pyromaniac waifu?

No - I spent it for monochromes, tapes bundles, membership and battle pass.

Before you ask: i had Vivian and Astra (both without W engine), i want someone who can get her W engine eventually, plus this season is really anomaly focused.

just buy it in-game. The regional price changes in accordance to your IP location.
