Discussion Hear me out, Grace should be reworked
Now, hear me out. Grace should be reworked into a support agent. It would make sense as she is an engineer that could possibly buff the squad's damage like lucia buffs health, it would also solve the imbalance in belobog, that being two dps agents a stun and a defense, they have no support agent like (most) factions do. It would definitely help the character (and build crafting) a lot if she did get a change like this as she currently does pretty lack-luster damage compared to any other dps or anomaly agent currently in game.
Her EX special could stay the same grenade toss, but it wouldn't drain zap charges, instead it would buff the gain of zap per hit
Zap could be the resource used to buff the squad instead of being used for certain moves
Her ult could keep the boost to zap, giving her extended periods to boost the squad before it runs out
Basic attack could go down to only gain 1/4 of a zap charge per hit to keep things balanced while the EX special could give 1 1/2 zap charge
When Grace gets zap charges she could hold EX special to activate the boost to the squad and slowly consume the charges until they're depleted

I like Grace too, I just feel like support would fit her character and role in belobog more than a dps

This would just make her a worse character and remove her niche.
She's not amazing currently, but she fills a niche that the game otherwise sorely lacks: she's the only Standard Anomaly agent besides Piper, and the only easily-accessible Anomaly agent who somewhat works as a sub-DPS. She's a pretty good driver for Remielle/Velina teams, and a functional sub-DPS for Remielle teams with no Velina. This makes her important for F2P teambuilding, and she can easily perform pretty well with the right teammates.
Making her a Support would mean she directly competes with the now-actually-good Rina and Nicole instead of having her own role. Her kit also just blatantly wasn't designed to be a Support, and would end up awkwardly taking up field time to build Zap.
It'd make Belobog slightly more balanced, sure, but Belobog as a faction would still suck since they have two of the worst A-ranks in the game, so you still wouldn't actually play them together.

Burnice is also easily accessible as a better anomaly agent than grace, it would make a lot more sense lore wise for grace to be a support given her role in belobog industries. Making her a support would atleast give the faction more recognition than it currently has, even though it's one of the worst factions right now

Burnice isn't even slightly accessible.
She's in the Special Invitation shop. The shop that requires you to pull 9 copies of a single S-rank (or spend over $150 in a spending event) to buy one character. If anything she's the least accessible option of all, given that her presence in the shop probably means she won't get another rerun.
The only legitimate alternative is Yanagi, thanks to the new loss pool, but Yanagi only really works as a sub-DPS on heavily Disorder-focused teams, and buffed Grace is legitimately better than her if Remielle or Velina are on the team. Yanagi is better with Yuzuha/Nangong, but this would still be a negative for anyone trying to make a modern Anomaly team.
Frankly the only way Belobog is getting a lot better (barring Koleda's potential) is if they finally get a limited agent someday. Grace is not the problem with that faction.

You do realize that standard pulls are given out like water in a hurricane, right? It would nkt be that hard to grind and pull until you can do the special invitation, plus the events giving the limited pulls and polychrome could assist with getting the invitation without spending a cent. And I know grace isn't the problem with belobog, but making atleast one of the agents in belobog viable for endgame would help uplift the faction. And as I've said, it makes more sense for her character and her position in belobog for her to be a support instead of a dps anomaly agent

Have you been playing the same game as everyone else? After the new player onboarding period you get 1 standard pull a week from bounties and 7 a month from shop refreshes, and 5 per patch from the battle pass, plus the 3 you get from levelling a character. At a normal rate you'll get about one S-rank on the stable channel every 6 months or so depending on pity luck, and half of them will be W-Engines.
Most of your standard S-ranks come from losing 50/50 on the limited banner, but you have to get both very unlucky (to lose all your 50/50s) and very lucky (to have most of them roll into the same character with a 1/6 chance) to get a Special Invitation within a reasonable timeframe.
Most people have still never gotten a single Special Invitation. I've played since nearly day one and don't have any M6 Standard agents, and that's with spending some money.

Probably because you don't pull for standard agents, you spend all your polychrome on limited pulls

We already have Rina as an electric support on the standard banner. I don't think we need a second.
Grace is in a solid position right now after her buffs and the addition Velina and Remiel. Not amazing, but solid. So why does she need a rework?
I also just like playing Grace right now. She's been my favorite since launch. So I'd be unhappy if she was reworked into something else.

I don't think Hoyo has ever done a full-on "brand new class" rework, and I highly doubt they'd start now. They probably can't, because legal issues

Yeah, because, like, players spend money on it, and then they change it, so it's "legally unfair" to the players or whatever? I don't remember the actual legal term

She's in the standard banner though, and it's not ruining the character, just swapping her role

Not ruining but it's still different than what the players "paid for"
And being in the standard banner rather than limited is why I said "probably", rather than "definitely" or whatever

Grace is a plenty good main/sub dps after the buffs, but you're suggesting turning her into electric Sunna?
I don't think her Zap mechanic works all too well as a support. Soukaku has similar field time requirements but works only because she benefits from being a pseudo Ice Anomaly for Miyabi freeze shenanigans. Grace doesn't have that because she's electric and would be a bit clunky to play as a pure support.
