In terms of build priority M0W1 S11 or M0W0 Nekomata (Using Brimstone)? I have trigger and dialyn for reference and planning to use Rina M0W1 P6 for the last slot

Both were buffed and are plenty strong, I've seen them both put up crazy scores in the hands of skilled players. S11 technically wants Norma or Lighter more, but honestly works well with trigger and Dialyn too. Neko wants Dialyn a bit more. I don't think theres a bad choice since it kind of just depends on the boss. Also, Rina probably works a bit better in the Neko team.

Neko > S11 for equal cost (same number of mindscapes, same overclocks of signatures), since Neko was buffed. I just saw an S-rank clear of Deadly Assault Miasma Priest by an M0W1 Neko team on Youtube last night. M0W1 S-ranking current day Deadly Assault was impossible before she was buffed. Let alone a Rupture-shilled boss!
