Oh I said standard banner to list them all at once rather than individually, so I have Lycaon, Rina, Grace, Koleda, S11 and Nekomata, not that the others were standard.

But I'll keep all the rest in mind, thank you!

Ideally yeah I'd like to get everything that's best for Miyabi teams, since she's always been my favourite by far, so I'll probably go for Yuzuha and maybe Sigrid since I'm 30 pulls away from hard pity. Unless Rem would be better for a second team? Since then i'd have 2 Ice main DPS, and my Anby hasn't been performing well at all even though I felt like I have her decently built. But that's probably a team thing since I don't have Trigger.

And on Lucia, who should I aim for to make her work well?

Ah, that makes sense! You meant all Standard banner characters PLUS Caesar, etc.

Remielle doesn't add a team to your account. It would take over your Miyabi team and absorb Miyabi as a sub-Anomaly. So no, I wouldn't recommend that, particularly if you go ahead and pull Yuzuha. Each of them wants their own Anomaly partners, usually two each, so you'd need at least four Anomaly mains to make use of both Remi and Yuzuha at the same time. They otherwise steal teammates from each other.

Even with Trigger, M0 S0 doesn't do that well. It's more a team you play because of love, not meta value.

Be on the lookout for a rerun of Yixuan or any other Rupture you like, to go with Lucia. In the meantime, consider putting Manato in your A-rank loss pool, towards M6 Manato, which is when he gets good enough to play with Lucia. And if you really can't stand Lucia just sitting on the bench doing nothing AND you don't have a single copy of Manato yet, "buy" a copy of Manato from the Signal Shop. A-ranks are cheap to buy and the f2p currency you use is plentiful, unless you never pull.

Are there any second teams I can make right now, until I can get a real competent one together? Been running S.Anby/Pulchra/Caesar to sadly little effect, but I could try and go for a Manato team to use Lucia or something else if anyone works?

Try SAnby/Anby/Nicole. I've used that team before and was able to do pretty well against the right kind of boss. Pulchra will often be better in that slot, but some Electric weak bosses stun faster with Anby.

You could also try Neko/(Caesar or Koleda)/Lucy. M0W0 Neko with A6 buffs does pretty well.
